This power Vinyasa class utilizes foundational Astanga postures. It is challenging and flowing, working on limbering and detoxifying the body. It is geared toward broadening the student's knowledge of alignment and form, as well as opening the mind.

Designed to enhance flexibility, gross/fine motor skills, breathing, self-control, attention span, and directional skills, while exploring the self through yoga. This class combines tumbling, song, dance and dramatic reading with yoga. A drop and leave class. |

This yoga is a beginning series of carefully selected postures performed in a heated room to warm muscles, prevent injuries, and allow for a deeper workout. Hot yoga strives to increase the natural range of motion and strengthen the muscle tissues with rhythmic movement and muscular contractions. |
Designed to enchance flexibility, gross/fine motor skills, breathing, self-control, attention span, and directional skills. This class is an advanced form of Pre-Yogis, including more strength and balancing poses as well as cooperative games. A drop and leave class. |

This yoga blends traditional poses with inner directed awareness. This gentle practice of listening to the inner wisdom of the body alllows us to access our core life force energy and expand possibilities for freedom of movement. |
Encourages a deeper sense of body awareness, self-reflection, and interpersonal skills for a strong yoga practice. Partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire peer interactions. A drop and leave class. |

An injury preventive program, Teen Athletes yoga focuses on overall flexibility to enhance athletic performance and well being. Breathing and relaxation techniques are incorporated to support confidence and offer tools for stress management. A drop and leave class. |
