PREPARATION
● Allow enough time to remove shoes and sign in for class. Ideally try to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
● If late please enter the room quietly.
● Turn off cell phone while in studio.
● Hydrate before class for hot yoga and try not to eat 2 hours before class begins
● Come with mat, towel and water to hot yoga classes. We rent and sell mats, towels and water.
● No perfumes please.
● If you have any physical limitations, past/recent injuries or illness inform instructor before class begins.
● Listen to your body and practice at your own pace! |
